Question Minor GNOME issues

Hi.

I use GNOME 2.20 on a fresh suse installation.

My first issue:
How do I change the starting day of the week in the desktop calendar to Monday instead of Sunday??

My second issue:
How do I get Evolution and other software (mainly Pidgin) to recognize my other word lists than the default. My desktop language is English and I'd prefer to keep it that way, but I'd like the applications to use other languages for spell checking!! (My other word lists work fine in OpenOffice, so this is not a point and click issue, i think)

My third issue:
In case some experienced SuSE user happens to read this, then perhaps you could tell me if there is a way to change the little computer icon on the "start button"?? I bet this can be done with gconf-editor, but I haven't as of yet found out how!!

Thanks in advance
