Question Minor Mozilla issues......

Heya all,

Got 2 quick questions re: mozilla. (got the 1.5 version on. RH9)

1. Is there any way to configure the backspace key to take you back 1 page ?
I find myself constantly hitting the key, then swearing and having to click the
back button...

2. Is there a way to increase the number of browsers you can have open for
each profile ? This thing seems to want me to make a new profile if I have more than
just a couple mozilla windows open. Today, I only had 1 open, clicked open in a
new window on a link, and it wants a new profile. Very annoying.....

Thanks in advance.

I dunno about your first questions, but about the second one, you may like to use the tabular browser. Meaning that, if you press "ctrl+t", Mozilla (and most Netscape based browsers) will open a new "browser tab". I think it's better then opening multiple browsers as the terrible IE. Give it a try and tell me if you also don't like it more . You can switch between your tab browser by pressing ctrl + tab.

Good luck!

the whole thing of opening more then one instance is perplexing. I thought is was I mozilla 1.4 issue. Since my new install of gentoo, which includes mozilla 1.5, I am able to open multiple instances of mozilla. You are haveing the same problem with mozilla 1.5, so I do not know.
