Go get Postfix ... It should be included on your RH Install CDs or if you use Apt4Rpm its in nearly every repository. Postfix is easy to use and manage. Not sure if it has a GUI but neither does Sendmail. One has to use 3rd-party front-ends. But Postfix is easy enough on the command line, it doesn't need a GUI really.

I just wanted to add to the confusion

Postfix is an excellent application, works great, haven't had a bit of problems from it, very well self-documented from the source package, great replacement to Sendmail in terms of both Performance and out-of-the-box Security. It's easy to administer, and very easy to read the config file, it's extremely well documented. Furthermore, it's versatile. You can choose to use Mailbox or Maildir with the littlest of effor in your conf file (Maildir is an excellent, more secure replacement for mbox, it was developed (I might be wrong, but this sounds correct) by the Qmail crew as a better means of delivering mail securely.
www.postfix.org

Other options to look into if Postfix isn't your forte:
Exim
and
Qmail

Both should be easy to find on www.freshmeat.net

Cool
