Lost address bar window

Moz 1.7.8. Lost that and all toolbar buttons and forward and back. All I have left is the top bar with "File, Edit, View etc.", and the personal bar. I don't know how I lost it or how to get it back. Help?

on the first "line" under that "top bar " on the left, you'll see
two or three small rectangles with an arrow pointing right.
click on them, and those bars will reappear.

also on the left of those bars there's a small rectangle with an arrow pointing up.
click on them, and the bar will disappear again.
