Linux Mint 19.1 can't upgrade libgssapi-krb5-2 which makes it impossible to install pgAdmin4

Hi everyone!

I'm working here with Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon and trying to install the pgAdmin4 desktop, but I'm facing some dependencies issues.

When I run: sudo apt install pgadmin4-server (It's saying pgAdmin4-desktop needs this dependencie), it says that I need to upgrade my version of libpq5 to >= 11.0. And when I run sudo apt-get install --only-upgrade libpq5 it says that I need to upgrade my version of libgssapi-krb5-2 to >= 1.17. And when I finally run sudo apt-get install --only-upgrade libgssapi-krb5-2, I got: libgssapi-krb5-2 is already the newest version (1.16-2ubuntu0.2).

It seems I'm running the version 1.16 of libgssapi-krb5-2, but how I'm gonna upgrade it to version 1.17 if 1.16 is the newest version?
