Upgrades : pgadmin4, overpass and osmium

Hello everone;

Just wanted to let everybody know that I have upgraded three packages I have on my github repositories - like I am looking for a standing ovation ...
Anyway, I have done a big restructuring for pgAdmin4 and osmium-tool packages. Overpass was upgraded upstream last month, you get the latest version.
If you use any of these, please feel free to check them out.

Note that I shall mark this "solved" soon.

Have a Great Weekend Everyone

Hi Again;

Just a quick note about that "download-sources.sh" script in osmium-tool; I had three packages now we have only one.
And believe it or not; once upon time those three files used to come in one tar ball, but not anymore. Now you can blame
upstream for that not me.

Solved
