Laptop Webcam Controller?

Manjaro Linux : Budgie DE : Dell Inspiron 7300 Series

Is there an app that will allow me to control my webcam picture attributes when I am logged into zoom, skype or similar video conference platforms - i.e. control the picture quality from my laptop rather than relying on any tools that may be available on the particular platform (if they exist at all).

A web search for "webcam picture quality" will turn up a number of articles and tutorials.

I also found this article about web cam tools for Linux.

I saw most of those but I didn't see any app I can install on my laptop to control: hue, saturation, contrast, brightness, etc. of the video that is output to whatever platform I'm on. They talk about either: adjusting lighting, background, etc.; or controls within an app like Cheese.

OBS Open Broadcaster can be made to work for an Arch Linux derivative to output to zoom but the procedures I saw are waaaaay too complicated for what I'm looking for. I really don't need studio quality video - just some basic tweaking.
