ksmoothdock 3.5.1 make problems

Hey, I'm running fedora core 2 and downloaded ksmoothdock. I unzipped, extracted and configured ksmoothdock. When I run make I get the following at the end:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lselinux
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [ksmoothdock] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/chris/ksmoothdock-3.5.1/ksmoothdock'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/chris/ksmoothdock-3.5.1'
make: *** [all] Error 2

Is there anyone who knows what this means?

Thanks for any and all help provided.
