I was trying to install/compile KSmoothDock 3.5.1 when i ran the 'make' command i got this error shortly after

I have no idea what that 'KeepAbove' error means. Any Idea on how to fix this so i can get my beloved ksmoothdock to work?..and if you think theres a better one out there could you let me know.
