Kopete crashes KDE 3.4

I'm running slackware with the official KDE 3.4 packages. Kopete crashes everytime I close a chat screen. KDE gives me some useless info and the commandline shows nothing. I've tried deleting all my settings (~/.kde) and even a fresh account but it's the same.

Has anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Backtrace info (not that I think anyone can do anything with this):

Ok, I fixed it. I did some snooping around in the bug KDE bugtracker (that thing is damned handy as it turns out).

So if anybody else has this problem; it's a bug in libxslt. It will be fixed in the next version (it's fixed in CVS already, or so I've heard). But for now, downgrading to a previous version (1.1.13 -> 1.1.12) fixed the problem for me.

Thank you! I was just beginning to look for a fix to this. Hope it clears up my duplicate contacts too.

It does however crash when I quit Kopete now (something with unloading the msn plugin). But that's far less annoying. I hope they'll fix it.

Hmm, downgrading libxslt to 1.1.12 didn't seem to fix the problem either. I have tried many differnet builds of kopete, but they always crash as soon as I send an IM
