Question install amule on suse 9.1

i wanted to use the edonkey network, so i wrote mule on YAST, it found only xmule... i wanted amule, because xmule development isnt really going anywhere lately.
anyway, to save the headach i installed xmule from YAST, but it didnt work (crashed whenever i tried connecting)
so i decided to find amule RPM for suse myself.
i found amule1.2.6 for suse 9.0 and decided its good enough..
ive installed the wxGTK that comes with YAST (as the site states amule depends on it)
but when i tried intalling amule, YAST told me im missing lots of pakages that it cant find..
did anyone install amule on suse 9.1?
im asking this because im new to linux and my fear is that if i install things that arent in the YAST database i might cause some conflicts in my system...

hey, I managed to fix all dependecies but libwx_gtk-2.4.so.0 and libwx_gtk-2.4.so.0(WXGTK_2.4). Actually i have libwx_gtk-2.4.so file in usr/lib but it shows 0 bytes and unaccessible. Any ideas?

I'm using SuSE 9.1 (well, originally anyways) and solved all of the dependancies for aMule except for libwx_gtk-2.4.so.0 and libwx_gtk-2.4.so.0(WXGTK_2.4)... Can't find these anywhere...
