Question How can one disable the slowkeys toggle with gdm3?

Hello, I noticed that when I use gdm3, holding down the shift key for a long time (like 5 to 10 seconds) will enable slowkeys. This makes it so you must hold down a key for one whole second for it to actually type. This is really annoying when using Inkscape, Gimp, or anything else that requires holding down shift. It makes it impossible to type.

Of course, you can turn off slowkeys. Just go to Settings -> Accessibility, and check and then uncheck the setting that says "enable slowkeys." That's not the real problem though.

The real problem is that slowkeys will turn on whenever shift is held, even if you had already turned it off at least five times. It gets very frustrating to turn it off every time, but you have to, because otherwise the computer is unusable.

So, is there a way to disable the slowkeys toggle, so holding down shift for 5 seconds doesn't turn it on?

Thanks!

Under Preferences -> Keyboard, and Preferences -> Accessibility there's no way to permanently disable accessibility options.
