graphical boot in 2.6.12-rc6


is there a way to get either bootsplash or vesafb-tng to work on kernel 2.6.12-rc6. i cant find any 2.6.12 poatches for either.

Where did you get the kernel not emerge gentoo-sources?

actually it was vanilla-sources
does gentoo sources already have it patched?
