gnome-theme-manager crash

Earlier today I was running the gnome-theme-manager program within RH9. Well, as I was saving a custom theme the program crashed giving me this message:

Application "gnome-theme-manager" (process 5997) has crashed due to a fatal error. (Segmentation fault).

Now if I try to enter the theme manager I get the same error & it crashes again.

Is there someway that I can clean this up or re-install it? I'd like to change this theme but I don't think I can at this point.

I hate waking up sleeping threads ;-) but since I have exactly the same problem, and as it seems others too: Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
