gnome-power-manager message and system stop booting.

Hi,

Today i started my Fedora Core 11 desktop machine and i received an error "gnome-power-manager is not configured". I tried to login but the operating system does not allow me to login therefore i restarted my machine. When i restarted my machine it does not boots. I saw messages while booting are,
1-Starting Avahi daemon-----FAILED
2-Starting cups ------------FAILED
3-Starting HAL daemon ------FAILED

Is this a problem of gnome power manager or something else. One more thing i would like to add here that, i do have problems when i installed Fedora Core 11 in hibernating as it hibernates successfully but does not recover from it.This is my main server and i due to this failure my work is hurting very badly. Please guide me how can i boot my system successfully.

Kindest Regards,
Raheel.
