Question where is gnome-power-manager?

I have a laptop and I accidentally removed the gnome-power-manager icon from the panel. But now I cannot add it back! It is not in the 'add to panel' list. Any ideas? There is something similar (Battery Charge Monitor) but is not as fancy as the gnome-power-manager and it doesn't display alerts. I need the gnome-power-manager to monitor my laptop's battery! Also, it would be very useful if someone of you knew where the panel stores its menus, launchers and so on that are being displayed right now.
