freetype compilation error

Since SDL_ttf doesn't recognize the Debian packages I installed I have to compile this from source. The ./configure goes okay but now I've gotten this error and I can't fgigure out what I need to do now.

It's a bit of a hack, but edit the file SDL_ttf.c and add the lines (near the top, where the #include statements are):

#include FT_FREETYPE_H

Freetype is a notorious pain in the @ss.
