Fluxbox PANEL transparencies

I am running Slack 10 and fluxbox 0.9.10 and was wondering if there is a way of making the panel transparent. I have found lots of info about making the menus transparent, which I have done, but nothing at all about changing the opacity of the panel. Does anyone have any insight as to whether this is possible and if so, how to do it. Thanks in advance.

Hey tox2ic. Thanks for the fast reply. I tried putting that in my ~/fluxbox/init file and it does not work. Any ideas why?
