are you seriously too busy to write "program" ???

anyway, what you want is nothing special at all, any decent graphics package can do this, e.g. gimp.

These fora have far more interesting projects for the grammar police than this one...... At least this post was intelligible--even though obviously ESL.

How about all the native English speakers who cannot compose an coherent sentence and use u and r--AND type all in lowercase with no punctuation?????
But we stray from the work at hand.............

pgm vs program

Hi

just to joke.......
english is not my native tongue...but i'm an older
IBMer ...so i used the IBM mainframe language...
to submit every job there was some punched cards (now all is done by terminals...) containing a command written with the jcl language
exec pgm=programname
so being a former ibm pgm for me and the other people working with mainframes pgm means program.
it was not a grammar error but if you want an informatic error...(pgm was used because it was shorter to punch a card with 3 letter pgm instead of the full word program...)
ciao

Maurizio

Look into the Image Magick set of programs.

I'd have to vote image magick as well, if your dealing with a huge amount of images to convert all at once. If it's just a few, use The Gimp like previously mentioned.
