Authenticating Samba File Server Against Windows 2008 BDC

Hi,

I have Windows 2003 PDC and Windows 2008 BDC. Samba file server is running on CentOS and is authenticated against PDC (Windows 2003). I am using winbind and kerberos. Now I have to make 2008 as PDC and decommission Windows 2003.

The issue I am worried about is how it will impact my samba file server. Just changing the name of server in samba.conf and krb5.conf will work? Not sure if I have to do the keytab thing again.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Mak
