Audio Galaxy satellite

Im using audio galaxy but i cant figure out how to start up the satellite.
I do:
cd AGSatellite0520$
./AGSatellite-static
and i get:
Files scanned: 320 NewFiles: 0
http://www.audiogalaxy.com/betatest to login
Invalid account, please edit/create shares.txt and account.txt

Where do i create these two files? I created them in AGSatellite0520 directory and i still get this error and the account.txt is deleted every time i (unsucessfully) run the satellite. Also can someone send me their sahred file cuz im not sure i got it right. here are my account.txt and shares.txt.
>account.txt
Myemail@ISP.com
passwd

>shares.txt
/home/nskl/music
/home/nskl/music
