what you need to do is.... set userlist_enable to yes, then set userlist_deny to no. this will deny users login unless they are listed in the userlist file. you can see where your userlist file is by checking/setting the userlist_file setting. just add the 10 people you want to be allowed to log in into the userlist file, they can log in, everyone else will be denied.

well, you can read the two posts above..... the two where people kinda explain what to do. or, if they dont answer your quesiton, maybe you could expand your questions and give us a lil more information about what you want to do.....
