Phone someone you trust who lives neer the server,
can you remember your root password ???

give them your root password, and get them to start ssh daemon, then login remotely and change the root password, and your own password.

if you dont know the root password, get them to boot in single user mode, change the root password, then do the above.

either that or try to find an exploit for your daemon, but i dont thiink anyone here will post how to do that.

Great, your mother... she cant operate a computer.. but she can follow instruction..

just her to hit ctrl+alt+F1, then login, then run /etc/init.d/sshd start.

as for breaking into your computer, it all depends on what version of sendmmail your are runnimg and if an exploite exists, and is documented well enough.

but like i said, no1 here will tell you how to do that.
