No, it isn't. that's why your post count is 13 (currently). Now, all of those previous posts are !!!!!! (roughly) and once weren't. Given that you seem to have sabotaged your previous thread, it isn't entirely clear why anyone would want to help, as you might do the same again, and thus render their help unavailable to other interested parties.
1. please don't use txt speak like 'lolz'
2. using exclamation marks is like shouting; please don't do that
3. Please re-state your question in proper English.
Looking at the other thread it seems he tried to compile a fast SYN flooder called "juno". Given the date of that thread he may have sufficiently irritated others meanwhile or tried to go for retaliation, neither of which would spell much good for him, heh.
You are probably right, but I still haven't worked out what the "Guinness" part is about. I'm guessing something other than the well-known, dark coloured, Irish beverage.
he could have meant to say "I would like to ask the opinion of genuine DDoS professionals". Then again both the economy and the brewer would favor any professional to up his or her Guinness intake. And even though that level of commitment is worth a toast it would hardly cause a DDoS on any professional, self-respecting brewery. It would drown out a lot of questions though in the process and that on its own may be worth drinking to.
//@all: this is OT but do note the OP already received his ultimate answer in post #7.
//OT: The Guinness StoreHouse is well worth the visit if you come to Dublin. Fascinating tour and the entry ticket also includes a pint of the Black Stuff in Gravity, the highest bar in Dublin with a 360 degree view of the city below. //
YOU can't stop it reaching you, hence asking the ISP. If you're dropping the connection silently, then nothing will stop them hitting you and wasting your bandwidth etc, if they wish.
