Squid NTLM and Redirect help

I have NTLM authenication and squid working. I'm just looking to make some tweaks to it.

Right now a user does not have a specific number of logon attempts. How can I specify the number of attempt they get before I show the CACHE_ACCESS_DENIED page.

Also I want to include a more specific message on the username/password box that the user is prompted with. I have some computers that are not part of the domain and have to put domain\username instead of just their username.

I am using squid 2.6 STABLE1 installed via apt in Ubuntu.

Thanks in advance for any responses.
