Squid NTLM
hi there,
i'm having a bit of trouble getting squid to run with NTLM authentication, i've got samba/winbind working fine.
[root@fedora /]# wbinfo -t
checking the trust secret via RPC calls succeeded
now i've just got to get it talking to squid, can someone help me out??? i'm just not sure at all what to do.
i'm not sure if this is a problem but when i run the command.
[root@fedora /]# /usr/lib/squid/wbinfo_group.pl
domain\username
i get this as an output
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/lib/squid/wbinfo_group.pl line 35, <STDIN> line 1.
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/lib/squid/wbinfo_group.pl line 39, <STDIN> line 1.
ERR
although when i run this command, it seams to work.
[root@fedora /]# /usr/bin/ntlm_auth --username=username
password:
NT_STATUS_OK: Success (0x0)
i think what i need is some information about 'proxy restrictions' and 'External ACL programs' because i currently have none of them set

hi there, i'm still a little lost with squid running NTLM.
i'm pretty sure i have everything working at the moment other than the ACL's, Proxy restrictions & External ACL programs. if someone can help me out with that, maybe a reading from your squid file.
i'm running
Samba-3.0.8-0.pre1.3
Squid-2.5.STABLE9-1.FC3.7
Fedora Core 3
