PXE Server running with right IP / Clonezilla Live gets wrong IP

Hello,

hope you guys can help me to solve my problem,
I have a running PXE Server on my local Network, (192.168.*)
using the gateway of my router to get into (172.168.*), the dhcpd.conf is configured, to give a specified range of clients a 192.168.* address. That works fine, but until I boot Clonezilla Live (1.2.9, newer one did trouble on oneirc), theres some trouble, sometimes the client gets the right ip of local dhcp service and sometimes the ip of the windows dhcp service, how can I avoid that the win dhcp is offering dhcp to my local dhcp

(sorry for some written mistakes, Im from germany )
