increasing disk quota

Hi

I need to increase disk quota for a user by 30Mb. Right now, when I look at his quota files, with command edquota -u username, it shows as below:

PHP Code:
Filesystem               blocks  soft   hard    inodes  soft  hard
/dev/mapper/System-home   8     102400  112400  2        0        0
which value do I increase ? I think I need to edit soft and hard limits by 30720 so that it will be as follows:

PHP Code:
Filesystem               blocks  soft   hard    inodes  soft  hard
/dev/mapper/System-home   8     133120  143120  2        0        0

Am I correct ?
