Hi-
I work at a college where we are running SLOX 9 for our mail server. Recently we renewed our ssl certs and upon installing the new cert postfix starting puking. First it wouldn't see the cert and now it does see the cert and connects fine with imaps (openssl) but will not respond to any client with plain old imap.
The first problem was resolved by locating *all* of the conf files that referred to tls/ssl and changing the paths for their directives to point to the cert--didn't realize how many services there were dependent on proper cert installation.
The second problem cropped up while fixing the first problem. The mail clients (Tbird, Outlook, Mail) time out with various errors but I don't see anything in /var/log/messages, mail, localmessages, or warn which leads me to think postfix isn't even seeing the imap queries in the first place. I'm a bit baffled at this point--not sure where to look next. Help appreciated.
