i am not able to send mails to particular domains from my mail server. I have add that domain into /var/local/squirrelmail/plugins/restrict_senders/data/send_restrictions.php as to allow server to send mails to that particular domain also add that particular mail id in config.php in normal scenario this action is enough to resolve such a issues but here not happen like that, dont understand is it could be issue related to whitelist or iptables???
m using squirrelmail ver.1.4.19
Do you have Postfix installed on your server?
Try this once. If you can send with this, it means there is problem in your config file.
Are you forced to send mails using squirrelmail?
To help you better can you give more information, what distro are you using? what MTA are you using, Qmail, Sendmail, Posfix, etc.. Have you checked log files, any problems should be in the log, Some domains might not accept mail from your server if it's not setup correctly, reverse dns lookups are one thing that spring to mind.

Hey,
we are using RHEL-5.1 and sendmail as a MTA never checked log file yet regarding that coz till now i am trying to troubleshoot this issue with whitelist as in generally after taking that step problem could resolve but this time it won't happen.
If you don't post at least some info like the bounce messages, some logfiles or configs, noone can help you ....
the thing is boumce message were comes on client side not on our side so we have told them to forward that file on my personal ID as in if problem is related to our mail configuration so once i have get that i wl post it here
so now i dnt have any choice than wait for their reply..
