Facing Problem While Configure NIS Server

Hi Guys

i am facing a problem while configuring the NIS server , the problem which i m facing is i cant bind NIS database from NIS server.

here is the step which i did while configuring the NIS

For Server

1)set the nisdomainname & hostname (/etc/sysconfig/network)
NISDOMAIN=central
Hostname=server

2)start ypserv
3)start portmap
4)/usr/lib/yp/ypinit -m

For Client

1)authconfig-gtk
the give the Nis domain=central
and Nis server = 192.168.10.1(my server ip)
2)but my client failed to mount the Nis database from server

I M Using Redhat Enterprise linux 5 as a server
and f11 as a client

Plz guys help to know what is did wrong in configuration

In either case, I can recommend http://www.linuxhomenetworking.com/. Really good HOWTOs.
