The symbol IN stands for INternet, and is the only class of DNS record in widespread use today. Common members of this class of records are A, NS, CNAME, MX, and PTR. If you do not supply a class identifier in a DNS record, IN is assumed. And you do not need to quote the IP address string if you supply the A (record type) symbol.

Always use IN A for clarity when specifying A records. Anyone who has to edit the zone later will thank you.

PS the quotes around the IP addresses are not necessary.
