Cant access ~/.bashrc


unable to access ~/.bashrc file even in root user also

You need to describe your problem in more detail. probably the file does not exist

In addition what linux distribution/version are you running?
What do you mean by access? Are you trying to edit the file?

~ is a path short cut for a users home directory and the . in front of the b means it is hidden.

slackware doesn't create .bashrc or .bash_profile, so if it is Slackware, then this will help.
