Show the exact zone files, or exact statements you see on the screen in webmin, not partial statements.
I'm assuming 127 means really 127.0.0.0/8 and that is the loopback network, which you should not delete. And the 0 is 0.0.0.0/8 which you should not delete. I'm not sure what 255 is in webmin. The root zone (root hints) are required. As is the localhost A record.
Why do you feel you need to delete them? The better question to ask is "what are they for?", and "how does DNS work?"
