I have moved my bind server from a VM and from Slackware to Ubuntu Server 10.10 and to a hardware box.
I am currently using BIND 9.7.1-P2 with Ubuntu 10.10. It's working nicely but I keep getting those two errors in my logs:
errno2result.c:111: unexpected error:
unable to convert errno to isc_result: 21: Is a directory
Those errors have no infuence on the fact the my DNS server is working fine. I think those errors are related to logging options I have. I can't really figure out what that means and would appreciate any insight.

I have solved the issue by tweaking my configuration file named.conf.local.
Now I have an issue with my forwarders. When a query is not in my cache its forwarded to google DNS. Then I get those type of errors:
error (chase DS servers) resolving '43.208.in-addr.apa/DS/IN': 8.8.8.8#53
So forwarded query is broken and no connection possible; and no solution on my side.
Any insight much appreciated.
