Proftpd user locking.

Hello,

I created proftpd user and locked him in his parent directory, so when I add him to filezilla he can move only inside this directory and cannot move outside, what is good. But when I use his username and password in putty via SSH I can move outside this directory and can see which directory and files I have. Do you know how to restrict this access?

Thanks.
