Yes. Apparently criminals can take our IDs, impersonate us, commit fraud in our name, but are not allowed to look at our dental x-rays, or find out how incompetant we are at balancing our cheque books. This might affect their confidence and self-esteem.

It may be worth pointing out that it's not Lexis Nexis that was breached, but a company that they acquired. And that was only discovered during an audit shortly after the acquisition.
