Block a Particular User through FTP service

Hi All,

Could you please help me in blocking a particular user through the FTP service to a server.

Please update me how can i block the only user.

We need a bit more information.

Which FTP server are you using? ProFTPd or vsFTPd are two that come to mind.

I've used VS and I know you can set user access restrictions, assuming the same can be done in ProFTPd.

Let us know and we can probably help, in the mean time I'd say RTFM for your FTP Server.
