From the Red Hat website: https://access.redhat.com/downloads/
Keep in mind that you have to buy a subscription to get access to their repository and update servers, so if you don't want to pay you should rather go for CentOS instead, which is Red Hat Enterprise Linux without Red Hats branding, but doesn't cost money.

you can buy the REQUIRED license on line

for pricing
https://www.redhat.com/wapps/store/catalog.html

the REASON!!!! you use RedHat is BECAUSE of the support that you BUY

Just to clarify this:
- There is no subscription needed to use Red Hat, but you won't get any updates and no access to their repository servers if you don't buy one.
- You can buy subscriptions without support options, those are cheaper than those with support.

Since you are new here, we kind of don't know much about what you want exactly. Red Hat has legal rights to their software. They hold claims to names and images on their distributions. I don't believe it is legal for anyone to host their files.

Red Hat has a lot of software on their distro's that isn't open sourced also.

Clones of the open parts are as noted Centos, and also Scientific Linux and Oracle's linux and a few others out there.
