Redhat 9

Im trying to keep things clean and as Redhat recommends by installing packages with there RPM utility but Im having a hard time finding version 4.3.2 or higher. I checked FreshRPMs.net and googled a little bit but I haven't found the rpm for version 9 release. Can someone help me out here?

Im assuming from source would just break things in a RPM world.
