wget proxy problem

hi all
i know wget use --proxy=on or off can control the proxy, and set the proxy address in ~/.wgetrc ;
now , i want down load the different link use different proxy address ,how can i do,

wget --proxy=on <url1> && wget --proxy=off <url2>
