Voicemail Messages not Showing in Asterisk Web-Voicemail (Comedian Mail)

I have configured voicemail in asterisk. The voicemail file is generating properly with below steps;

1. Caller records VM Message.
2. VM file saved in respective folder i.e. /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/......
3. I can see the saved file by going to respective directory as well as from asterisk CLI (voicemail show command).

I have installed httpd and other required packages to view/play voicemail messages from webpage but when I login to the mailbox from webpage it shows that there are no voicemail messages. Can anyone let me know why is this happening?

I am using asterisk version 11.

Thanks,
Tabraiz
