Update Manager issue

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx and I suddenly have an issue with Update Manager that I have been unable to resolve on my own. Package Manager and apt-get are not reporting any issues.

The error message is:
Could not calculate the upgrade

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the following error message:
'E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.'
I could use some help in how to report or resolve it.

thanks,

From what I've seen this is caused by held packages when doing the upgrade, so did you do it? The upgrade.

Would be nice to see your /etc/apt/sources.list.

Can you tell me how to I find and resolve the held Packages.

I upgraded to Ubuntu 10.04 about 4 months ago and it has been working fine

The sources list file follows:

## N.B. software from this repository may not have been tested as

See what's in /var/log/dist-upgrade/. What packages were being held back. Then remove them with Synaptic, but make a note of those packages, so you can reinstall them.
