rpm file installation

I want to install rpm files from directory which includes rpm packages more than one because i have some missing rpm's. How can i install all these files automatically

rpm -ivh followed by the files. If you want to install all the rpms in a given directory just cd to the directory and type:
rpm -ivh *.rpm

You need to be more specific. What exactly is it you have trouble doing? Which distro? More than one distribution uses the RPM package form. Look at this for next time.
