Problem with headphones sound

My headphones sound was working perfectly before, but suddenly it just stopped working. I didn't do anything specific, it just doesn't show on my audio devices anymore. Almost every time I do a system update, it starts working again and shows on audio devices but then it just disappears pretty quickly and doesn't show there anymore.

My headphones microphone always works as intended, it's just sound from headphones speakers that doesn't work. It's annoying to use discord when peoples voice come from my stereo speakers, and I have to wear my headphones to use mic.

I'm pretty new user of Linux, so I have no idea where to start looking for solution, any advice would be great!

Here is my system information:

Operating System: Garuda Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.113.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11
Kernel Version: 6.6.8-zen1-1-zen (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 20 × 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700K
Memory: 31,1 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070/PCIe/SSE2
Manufacturer: ASUS

######have you had a look in pavucontrol? You might even need to install it. PLug in the earphones and try to find them in the 'output devices.'

Have you tested with a different set of headphones (or maybe even earbuds)?

If that duplicates the problem, doing so would rule out the possibility that it's a hardware problem with the headphones themselves. And if it is such a hardware problem, no amount of tinkering with software will fix it.
