Spell out your words. And did you read the question that you posted?? If you did NOT install it, how do you expect to be able to USE it???
Download the font from the Internet, preferable in TrueType format. Whatever desktop environment you're using (KDE, Gnome, etc.), go into the control panel, and find the font installer. Run it. You will see an option to install new fonts, so select it, then pick the file you downloaded.

Type following into command line:
wget http://amravati.nic.in/docs/Font/k010___0.ttf
(there are three _ there)
This will be then in your home folder, run the fond and it will install.
