Hi i have just installed Linux Mint 17.1 code named Rebecca in my system. Where and how do i enable Screen Saver?.
I'm sorry that this is not directly relevant to your post, but the latest version of Linux Mint is 18.1 and the last in the 17 range was 17.3.
Is there a particular reason that you installed an old version of Mint?
Also, which desktop environment are you using? Is it Cinnamon? The actual GUI method that you use to change the screensaver settings will vary for the different desktop environments.
i might add that the term screensaver is a bit ambiguous... for some people, it means fancy graphics kick in while your system is idle, for others it just means screen blanking.
some also call a screen locker a screensaver, whilst others ask "where is the screensaver?" when they see the screen locker.
