Question PCMCIA USB hubb, how to mount (or access)?

I wish to get access to my USB- cartridge which is connected through a PCMCIA- hubb in DSL (Damnsmalllinux). I don't have a desktop yet. So how do I do it from the commandline?

I found this line in /etc/mtab: /proc/bus/usb /proc/bus/usb usbdevfs rw,devmode=0666 0 0

In fstab I haven't found anything that seems to have to do with the USB.

Help will be much appreciated...

/etc/fstab doesn't require an entry for usb devices; they're mounted via the usb system. Once mounted, and entry shows up in /etc/mtab (the mounted table). You should also have a new device showing up either in /mnt/ or /media for the memory stick. In your file manager, such as konqueror, just click on that folder to open it.

The thing is that it doesn't show up in /mnt/ and there is no such directory as /media/, and I don't have a desktop (yet). On the USB is XFree86 which I need to install to get the X- server running. And I don't have a connection to the net...

But thanks for answering...
