windowz dont load and mount pcmcia/usb cd

i have a thinkpad x20 laptop. the cd and the floppy are connected to the laptop using pcmci or usb and ibm bay2000. i installed windows then rh9 then mandrake9.1. from the hdd coz i can't boot from the ibm bay2000. then i used lilo from Mandrake to add rh and windowz.
so i can boot rh or mandrake but i have a problem to load windowz.
i added windowz partition in lilo.conf but when i try to load windowz i have the folowing message "non system disq".
i connected my laptop hdd to another computer (not a laptop) and windowz load. i don't know if it is a hardware or software problem, if someone have any suggestion it will be welcome.

my second question is how to mount the ibm bay2000 cd/floppy in order to use the cd /floppy connected to the pcmci and the usb connection. i found the pcmci module but dont know how to mount and load it at the boot (fstb).
thank you
i anyone need some help to install linux in laptop i will try to help him
