ridha LQ Newbie Registered: Nov 2002 Location: france Distribution: redhat8.0 and mandrake9.0 Posts: 22 Rep:	install a pcmcia/usb ibm bay and mount the drive hello i just installed Mandrake 9.1 in my laptop using the dos partition. now i want to use my ibm bay drive where i can use the floppy or the cd drive. i found the pcmcia ibm bay module i made "# moduleprob cs_ide" but when i reboot i had erro boot message talking about the irq so i disconnect the pcmcia card and rebooted again and i haven't the error message. to connect the ibm bay i can use the usb or pcmcia cable connection. so how can install the ibm bay drive and how to mount to use the cd or the floppy. please i am a so be patien and tel me how to do step by step all suggetion are welcome thank u
